Emails are answered ASAP. Please be patient as we can receive a high volume of emails a day. ABSilk consists of two women serving the entire USA, therefore, we prefer to correspond via email.
Filling your order usually takes about a week as all product is made fresh when you place your order and we work on the weekends only. We do not stock product in a warehouse setting.
*PayPal - Our shopping cart is connected to PayPal. We have used the PayPal payment system for years and find it to be very secure and reliable.

All Florida and Georgia residents are charged 6% sales tax.
We ship via the USPS using Priority Mail:
* US Priority Mail - $7.00
* US Priority Mail, Insured - $9.00
* US Express Mail - $21.00
Priority Mail packages are insured up to $50.00. If you would like to insure your package for more, please select Priority Mail Insured. If your order contains several bottles - especially shampoo, conditioner and body lotions - and is larger, you will receive an invoice for the difference in shipping charges. This is usually only a few dollars more. When the invoice is paid, your order will ship.
Please realize that we are not responsible for any package once it leaves our facility, the customer is responsible for the package. Tracking information is provided to the customer as a courtesy. If you haven't received your package within a few days of your shipment notice, please contact your local post office.
Samples - Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We just know you're going to love everything! BUT, if for any reason you think you may not be 100% satisfied, we gladly offer Samples in lieu of returning product. We hope you understand the need to keep costs at a minimum and turnaround times fast in order to continue to provide you with the freshest product and best value in the skin care industry. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us so please try Samples first to check for allergic reactions, product likeness, etc. Stop using immediately if you suspect an allergic reaction. Introduce one product at a time to your skin, so that if there is an allergic reaction you know which product caused it.
All Sales are Final. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can find a solution. Due to the nature of these products, returns are not accepted unless a product is defective. Do not return a product without prior authorization. If you are unhappy with a product, please let us know and we will do our best to correct the situation.
We guarantee that our clients receive product which has been made fresh within our company walls, in hygienic conditions, prior to being shipped. Products are never stored. Our goal is for you to love our products as much as we do!

By submitting your order to ABSilk, you are agreeing to abide by all ABSilk policies. All Sales are Final. We do send out emails from time to time. You always have the option of unsubscribing.
If there is any discrepancy, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receipt, with any concern. Your information is permanently deleted from servers after 30 days and we will be more than happy to address your concerns within that time span. After that, all correspondence and transactions are considered complete and final.
All transactions are held strictly confidential to protect your privacy. All information collected from customers by ABSilk through the use of our Site are strictly for processing orders. We will not sell, share, or distribute your information for any purposes.

Credit Card Security

Sales, Coupon Codes
We will notify you from time to time via a newsletter about a sale or special. No Double Discounts. Flash Sale prices are not retro-active, never last long and are not planned so check back often and order early. Do not store items in your shopping cart as product availability and prices change frequently. If a coupon code no longer works, that sale has reached its budget/product limit and has ended. If you forget to enter a coupon code, we cannot go back and undo what you forgot to do. Meaning, no discount or shipping charges are changed after the fact.
Ordering with Automated Email Confirmation of Receipt
AB Silk accepts online orders through the secure Yahoo shopping cart. Due to credit card processing fees and merchant services fees, there is a minimum order of $10.00. Your order is usually filled on the weekends. All orders receive an automated confirmation email. All orders are filled within sequential order. All orders are processed and shipped out just as soon as we possibly can, which is usually within 8 to 10 days.
Shipping with Automated Email Notification of Shipment
ABSilk ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS) only. Please note that you can NOT track packages en route. Since most people like the convenience of having their package left at their door, a signature is not required. If you prefer to have a signature confirmation, for an small charge, please note that in the comment section and that option will be included as your order is processed. All orders receive an automated notification of receipt email. The customer pays exact shipping, so should your order be heavier than allowed by the USPS or bigger than a Small Flat Rate box provided by the USPS, you will be billed for the difference in postage. Thank you in advance for your prompt payment of any invoice you receive from us for heavy shipping.
Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly. If the address is incomplete, it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a fee to correct the address or to reship if the package is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed.
Spam filter: Please set your spam filters to allow emails from us. Please check your spam filter or bulk mail filter if you write and don't hear back within 24-48 hours. Please allow ample time for response if you write to us on the weekend or holidays.
Work computer: Sometimes your company's server won't let emails or order receipt/shipping notifications through to you. Try a hotmail, yahoo, excite or mac email address instead of your corporate email.
At AB Silk, we do not believe in padding extra handling and packaging fees onto your shipping charge, so as an AB Silk customer, you pay exact shipping only. Please note, should your order be too much to fit into a Small Flat Rate Box your order will be mailed in a Medium Flat Rate Box and you will be billed for the difference of the upgrade. Should we have to ship your order in a Large Flat Rate Box, you will be billed for the extra postage.
Please note that the United States Postal Service now offers free insurance on the Flat Rate boxes for up to $50.00. So if you order is $50.00 or less, there is no need to insure it. Express mail packages are automatically insured up to $100.00. If you require additional insurance, please email us.
USPS orders experience a range of delivery times. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 days, but USPS delivery time depends on distance and internal USPS factors and therefore cannot be guaranteed. However, USPS delivery can take as long as 14 days, regardless of destination. If you have not received your package within 14 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, then please contact us.
We go to great lengths to wrap each item with care and then wrap each order so that it will arrive safely at its destination. We will do our part to assure you receive what you pay for, but we have no control over the package once it leaves us. We are not responsible for lost packages or damaged items. Insurance must be requested when placing the order, and will require an additional small charge. If you requested insurance on your package and you have not received it within 7 days of your shipment notice, please notify us.
All international orders ship via USPS Priority Mail Express International/Canadian. The customer is responsible for getting the package through customs and paying any duties or taxes that apply. We reserve the right to not ship to certain countries.
Damaged and Lost Packages
We are not responsible for a lost or damaged package if insurance is not purchased. Once your order is out of our possession, it is no longer our responsibility. We strongly recommend you insure large or expensive orders. Only insured orders will be replaced by the USPS. Please save all packaging with contents and contact your local post office for their inspection.
Due to the small size of our business, we are GREATLY affected by untimely cancellations and charge backs. ABSilk is too small a business to absorb these losses. Due to a large order volume, all orders are expedited: Once you submit your order, it is immediately processed, final and complete. This means your credit card is charged, a copy of the order is generated in the lab, and an automated email notification is sent to the customer. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive an email notification. Should you choose to return any product without authorization, NO monies for product or return shipping will be refunded. Unless of course, there is an error on our part, which we will make right. Thank you for your understanding!
Due to the small size of our business, we are GREATLY affected by accidental misprints and typos. Therefore, we reserve the right to charge and ship what was intended to be printed on our website. Thank you for your understanding!
