AB Silk ONLY ships Priority Mail & Express Mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note that you can NOT track packages en route. Since most people like the convenience of having their package left at their door, a signature is not required. All orders receive an automated notification of receipt email. The customer pays exact shipping, so should your order be heavier than allowed by the USPS or bigger than a Small Flat Rate box provided by the USPS, you will be billed for the difference in postage. USPS orders experience a range of delivery times. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 days, but USPS delivery time depends on distance and internal USPS factors and therefore cannot be guaranteed. However, USPS delivery can take as long as 14 days
